About Us

Mr. Shrikant Shah has been associated with motor sports for more than 4 decades. He has been tuning race and rally vehicles, two wheelers and four wheelers as well as two stroke and four stroke engines. He has been building single seater formula racing cars including the Jaguar Special for the Maharaj Kumar of Gondal which raced and won at the Sholavaram Circuit near Chennai. He has been Chairman of the Technical Rules Committee and has written the motor racing technical regulations for cars, bikes, and karts for many years. He has been associated with management of motor racing as a Deputy Clerk of the Course as well as Chief Scrutineer of the Himalayan Rally and The Himalayan Raid.

Presently, he is manufacturing go-karts and modifying cars for racing and rallying in Pune. With the experience he carries, he can really be called the Father of the Indian Karting. Since the last 25 years, his company by the brand Sagitta Karts has been manufacturing go-karts for a wide range of application from rental karting tracks to professional racing karts.
